This policy outlines how Valuxuries handles order processing, shipping, delivery, and returns. Please review the information below carefully before placing an order
1. Delivery Policy
1.1 Shipping Availability
Valuxuries currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future. When available, additional terms, duties, and conditions may apply.
1.2 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. In such cases, customers will be informed if extended processing applies.
1.3 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
1.4 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
1.5 Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or encounters an issue during transit, please contact us at support@valuxuries.com.
We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier where applicable.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
Standard (non-custom) items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and inspection.
To qualify for a return, items must:
Be unworn and unused
Be in original condition
Include original packaging and tags
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
2.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@valuxuries.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide return authorization and instructions. Returned items must be shipped back according to the provided guidelines.
2.3 Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
2.4 Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
2.5 Return Shipping Costs
For domestic returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
For international returns, all shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom or personalized jewelry.
Gift cards.
Items marked as final sale.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at support@charmant.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
