All prices displayed on our website are in dollar currency ($) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be added during checkout. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (for example, Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Valuxuries does not store or have direct access to your full payment card details.

4.3 Order Processing

Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of inaccuracies or fraudulent activity. Order confirmation does not mean acceptance. We accept the order when it ships or when we otherwise confirm fulfillment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location and shipping method.

• We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier, or unforeseen circumstances but we will assist you in filing a claim where applicable.

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders shipped to the address provided will not be eligible for replacement if the address is incorrect.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Eligibility

Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection and approval. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, in their original packaging, with all tags attached and proof of purchase.

Custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order items, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

6.2 Condition

Returned items must be in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging or tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

6.3 Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase, including promotional or discounted items, are not eligible for return or refund. Final sale status will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.

6.4 Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at return@valuxuries.com within the eligible return period. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Service, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Valuxuries or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent. Product photos may not be used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valuxuries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, emotional distress, or loss of value, arising from or related to the use of our Service or products.

Our liability is strictly limited to cases of verified manufacturing defects or errors directly attributable to Valuxuries.

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Valuxuries is not responsible for damages resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Improper use, storage, or care.

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

• Accidents or third-party actions.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to our Service:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, modify, and display your content.

• You represent that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

• We may remove content at our discretion.
